Up for sale is an EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION 1982 GIBSON LES PAUL CUSTOM "BLONDE BEAUTY" NATURAL-FINISH GUITAR. 🎸

This guitar remains in excellent vintage condition and has clearly spent its life in the hands of musicians and collectors who appreciated both its performance and historical significance.

The early 80's (1981-84's) Gibson LP Customs are widely regarded by collectors and players alike as one of Gibson's strongest production periods. These Les Paul Customs truly had some exceptional build quality, consistency, and attention to detail. This 82 LP is a prime example of why these instruments continue to command respect over four decades later.

For a vintage LP made in 1982, it naturally shows honest signs of age and use, including light scratches, minor dings, finish checking, superficial binding checking, marks behind the headstock from years of playing up and down the neck, and some belt buckle wear on the back. But overall this instrument has been very well kept and clearly owned by music professionals only.

These are the kinds of cosmetic imperfections expected on a well-cared-for vintage guitar and add to its character and authenticity. Importantly, there are absolutely no signs of abuse, neglect or heavy play.

This LP is all original with no modifications. The only upgrade has been the strap locks to locking straps for ease of playing standing up with guitar strap.

One of my favorite features on this guitar is the unique Gibson "Flip-Out" tuning keys. Super GENIUS idea... makes string changes and tuning adjustments incredibly easy. It's one of those practical Gibson innovations that makes you wonder why every guitar company didn't adopt the same idea.

Most importantly, this Les Paul sounds INCREDIBLE. Super clean and balanced smooth tone.

Plug it into a quality tube amp and you'll immediately understand why these guitars have remained icons for generations.

You can literally play any type of music and genre with this guitar.... warm jazz and expressive blues tones to classic rock crunch, punk, grunge, country picking, and everything in between. It's the kind of guitar that inspires you to keep playing long after you intended to stop.

Has some very faint surface scratches and dings on front/back/sides of guitar from standard playing. Some dust on the pickup and bridge area on the bottom that can be easily cleaned off. Some pickguard swirls and marks and some marks on the fretboard from playing with a pick. NO HEADSTOCK CRACK.
