Up for sale is a very nice Japanese made Ibanez JS-1000 Floyd Rose guitar. This model was only released during 1994-2014 and has now been discontinued. 

Guitar has been played but only indoors at home setting.  Adult owned, no pets, no kids, no smoke. 

Body finish is "Ibanez Black Pearl". In the dark, the guitar blends in giving a black/gray type color look. However in the light, the black gives a lighter & brighter "pearl-like" reflection. Very unique body finish that I've never seen before.

Has some play wear such as light surface marks and scratches. Has been played standing up with strap so has some belt buckle scratches near the back plate area. The rest of the body is in pretty good condition overall. Everything is cosmetic with no effect on playability or tone.

No headstock crack. No loose neck pocket issues common with some Floyd Rose models. More than plenty of life left on frets. You won't have to worry about refret for several decades. Has some minor glue-like residue on 1 strap knob area. No effect on strap knob function. Backplate missing but cheap and easy replacement.

Very comfortable and classic Ibanez neck profile. Slimmer to the hands but great for chords and playing up and down the neck. Some nice flaming on back of the maple neck. I really enjoy Ibanez necks and this one is no different.

22-fret rosewood fretboard with a pair of DiMarzio in-house humbucking pickups. Great pickups to play both clean and distortion. 2 knobs total (1 master volume + 1 master tone). Master volume knob has push/pull feature with high pass filter. Tone knob has push/pull feature for coil-split.

You can really get a bunch of unique and diverse tones out of this guitar. Classic 3 way toggle switch (neck, both, bridge). One of the easiest I've ever played. Bending strings and using the Floyd Rose trem bar comes so easy with this guitar. 

Locking Floyd Rose nut and string tree works great. Floyd Rose whammy super easy and buttery to use. VERY LIGHTWEIGHT GUITAR. You could gig standing up with this guitar for hours and with ease and comfort.

Overall, this is a very well made electric guitar that you can either play for fun at home, or even professionally gig on the road.

Some of the post 2000's Japanese made guitars have been very high quality and very comparable to USA made guitars.
